Airtime Purchase Instruction
1. Top Up Your Wallet
Ensure you have sufficient funds. Add funds to your balance here. Click on your profile icon and select "Add Fund" to use any of our automated payment methods.
2. Select Network Operator
Choose your mobile network provider (e.g., MTN, Airtel, Glo, 9Mobile). Ensure you select the correct operator to avoid failed transactions.
3. Enter Phone Number
Type in the recipient's phone number carefully. Double-check the digits as airtime sent to the wrong number cannot be reversed.
4. Set Amount and Check Conversion
Enter the amount of airtime you wish to buy. The system will automatically show the **Converted Amount** (the actual cost deducted from your wallet). Review this before proceeding.
5. Confirm and Buy
Click the "Buy Airtime" button. A confirmation pop-up will appear showing your selected network, phone number, and the final price. Click "Proceed" to complete the transaction.
Processing: Most top-ups are instant. If the network is congested, it may take up to 5 minutes to reflect on the recipient's phone.
6. Check Transaction Status
You can monitor your purchase in the **Order History** tab. If a transaction shows "Failed," your funds will remain in your wallet or be refunded automatically.
